Here's just a little about myself. I got into photography because I was constantly thinking, "Man, that would make a great photograph!" From then on, I try to have a camera with me at all times! After getting my degree in 2006, I began working with local musicians for promotional photos and album artwork. In between music shoots, I started doing family portraits which led to engagements and then on to weddings. It really is an amazing feeling when you can capture that moment in time that others didn't get the chance to see. Then to share that image/story with them, is even better.

I live my life and shoot by a simple philosophy: HUMAN doesn't mean just BEING. I heard this lyric in a Michael Franti song and it just makes sense to me. We're all on the same page when it comes to this statement. How you choose to "Be" and how I choose to "Be" can be totally different. That's where I find the beauty in photography. When capturing life, you don't need all the "extras". With the ability to make you feel comfortable in front of the lens, the images that come from that encompass your true identity and energy. Because honestly, your photographs are keepsakes that last a lifetime and it is my passion to deliver memories that reflect YOU as a Human Being.
